In April, 2019, I searched online for a Michigan contractor to finish the concrete floor in my heated 2500 sq foot shop building in Charlotte, MI. Ian Bernard of Commercial Painting Services gave me sound, practical advice on my options along with cost estimates for each finish. No other business that I communicated with seemed as knowledgeable or experienced, so we agreed on his estimates of cost, preparation and time needed, then set a date. My decision was to grind then polish and seal the floor for the most durable and protective finish within my budget.
