All Spray purchased an old car dealership which had very old floors in it. The shop floor was loaded with issues like uneven concrete, old metal in slab leftover from auto lifts. We diamond ground all uneven spots, removed all metal and filled in the spots with epoxy aggregate. We used an industrial grade epoxy from General Polymers, a business division of Sherwin Williams. The 100% solids self leveling epoxy provided high mils to protect the floor for many years.
The showroom floor had to have all the old flooring material removed. This floor was poured nicely and provided a perfectly level floor after a quick diamond grind. The decorative flake system was a 3 coat approach with the final coat being clear to protect and seal in the flake.
