Project Details
Oil contamination on ceiling was not present and we’re able to save the client some money by blowing off all dry dusty contamination. Sherwin Williams rust inhibiting primer was put down on 100% of surface. Sherwin Williams egg shell dryfall was used for top coat.
Walls were cleaned, caulked and some bare masonry primer was put on a few spots. All surface mounted items had bonding primer applied before top coating to help hide those items into wall color.
Client requested Ferrari red on Main structural beam in warehouse and double swing steel doors. We used Sherwin Williams Sher-cryl with outstanding results.
Client was looking for a easy to clean floor with no maintenance. We provided an 800grit polished concrete floor which will provide the least amount of expense on a projected 20yr cycle.
Office walls and drop ceilings were repainted using Sherwin Williams Duration Home on walls and pro mar 400 flat on ceilings.
